Education

  • Higher Secondary
  • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. National Certificate Course (NCC) or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Experience

    • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Additional Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the respective section within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.

Skills:

  • Ability to prepare mise-en-place and follow standard recipes.
  • Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours.
  • Appearance & Personality: Must have a professional appearance, be well-groomed, and maintain a disciplined, positive, and calm personality suitable for a high-pressure kitchen environment.
