Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- BBA/MBA in HRM or related discipline.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of EPZ Labour Act 2019, Labour Rules 2022, HR policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in HR & Compliance operations within the RMG sector.
Candidates having EPZ factory working experience will get preference.
Practical experience in payroll, attendance, overtime, leave management, final settlement, and HR documentation.
Experience in handling and preparing for compliance audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, Higg FEM, GRS, RDS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, HRP, and buyer audits.
Ability to manage audit preparation, CAP follow-up, corrective action tracking, and coordination with auditors/buyers.
Good understanding of workplace safety, fire safety, chemical safety, and social compliance standards.
Familiarity with HRIS, ATL, Skylark payroll systems will be an advantage.
Strong command of MS Excel (reporting & formulas), MS Office, email communication, and Bangla typing (Bijoy).
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla with the ability to communicate professionally with management, auditors, and buyers.
Ability to work independently with accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
