Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Bangladesh LaborRules-2015 and all Amendments.
- Good Knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office- word, Ex-cell.
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, preparing Appointment Letter, Joining Letter, and conducting background checks, Joining and On-boarding, Orientation.
- Communication with production staffs to meet the manpower related requirements.
- Maintain HR payroll/databases and ensure accuracy in personnel records.
- Providing leave application and filing.
- Correct mis-punch for daily attendance.
- Collect daily attendance sheets and monitor late and absenteeism.
- Drafting show cause letters, letter sending and disciplinary processes.
- Managing employee separation processes, checking and verify resignation and conducting exit interviews.
- Reduce absenteeism and migration employee through closely monitoring floor wise Manpower and build a good relation.
- Managing any urgent and critical situations within workers and line supervisors if any when required.
- Any other daily tasks assigned by the superior and Management.
