Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
  • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management, Management

Experience

    • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Property Management & Preservation Services, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Only Female
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act and HR practices.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or Administration will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain employee personal files, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and manpower records management.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, certificates, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
