Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Arts (MA)
  • PGDHRM from any reputed organization is desirable.

Experience

    • 11 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 35 years
  • Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
  • Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
  • Developing and implementing Procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization
  • Ensure all the operations of the factory are fully compliant with applicable local law & COC of valued business partners.
  • Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline
  • Streamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure6.Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Foster excellent industrial relations among workers, floor staff, and top management
  • Smoothly managing the Payroll operation. Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery.
  • Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee grievances and ensuring effective communication, resulting in high morale, low turnover, and improved productivity
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to plant leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making through insights on staffing, turnover, and other critical HR metrics and report to Higher Management.
